Is a Technotest necessary for cars from Korea?
Yes, for vehicles imported from countries outside the EU, an individual approval procedure (Technotest) is required.
How much is the import duty from Korea?
The standard duty for passenger cars in the EU is 10%, on which the respective VAT is also charged.
Can you deliver the car to my city?
Yes, we organize internal transport by car carrier to any point in Bulgaria and Europe.
What is the Technotest procedure for South Korean imports?
Since South Korea is outside the EU, every vehicle must undergo an individual homologation procedure (Technotest/DEKRA) in Bulgaria. This includes testing emissions, converting rear turn signals to orange (if required), and adjusting headlights to EU standards. We handle the entire conversion and inspection pass.
