TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USING THE KOREACARS.BG WEBSITE

Welcome to the KoreaCars.bg website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site" / "Platform").

This document governs the rules and conditions for using the Site, as well as the relationship between the Platform owner and its Users. By accessing, browsing the catalog, or registering on the Site, you explicitly and unconditionally agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. PLATFORM OWNER DETAILS

2. NATURE OF THE SERVICE AND CATALOG SYNCHRONIZATION

2.1. The Site provides an informational and intermediary service targeted at professional traders, displaying a vehicle catalog and providing information regarding the import process from South Korea. 2.2. Synchronization with Encar.com: The vehicle catalog on the Site is automatically synchronized in real-time with the South Korean platform encar.com. 2.3. The User is explicitly notified and agrees that due to the dynamic nature of the market in South Korea and the technical processing time for data exchange:

Some of the displayed vehicles may no longer be available with the dealers in South Korea at the time of browsing;
Displayed prices are subject to change by South Korean dealers without prior notice. 2.4. The KoreaCars.bg platform shall not be held liable for inaccuracies in pricing, technical specifications, mileage, or the availability of the vehicles displayed in the catalog.

3. USER PROFILE REGISTRATION

3.1. To access the full functionality of the Platform, the User may register in their capacity as a commercial trader (a legal entity or an individual acting for commercial purposes). 3.2. During the initial registration, the User is required to provide the following valid data:

Business Name / Trade Name;
First and Last name of the contact person;
Valid telephone number;
Valid email address. 3.3. The User bears full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and for all actions performed through their profile.

4. ABUSE AND TERMINATION OF ACCESS

4.1. The Contractor reserves the unilateral right, without prior notice and without liability for damages, to automatically delete, block, or restrict access to accounts of Users who:

Violate these Terms and Conditions or applicable legislation;
Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading data during registration;
Use software scripts, bots, or other automated methods for unauthorized data collection ("scraping") from the Site;
Perform malicious actions that threaten the security of the Platform or its users;
Generate fictitious purchase requests for vehicles for the purpose of virtual blocking, without a genuine intention of executing payment.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

5.1. Due to the B2B (business-to-business) nature of the Platform, the parties agree that the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), including the right of withdrawal from online purchases within a 14-day window and statutory consumer warranties, do not apply. 5.2. The Site is provided for use on an "as is" basis. The Contractor does not guarantee that access to the Site will be uninterrupted or free of technical errors. 5.3. The actual purchase, payment, and logistics of vehicles are governed by a separate individual Commercial Intermediary, Purchase, and Vehicle Logistics Agreement generated upon a specific request.

6. CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

6.1. The Contractor reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments shall take effect from the moment of their publication on the KoreaCars.bg website.
